The Couresy Subaru Design-Build project converted an existing building into a new Subaru Phase II compliant Signature Facility. The goal was to provide the Owner with an up-to-date facility that greatly increased the capacity of their sales, service, and parts departments without the expense of building a facility from the ground up. Upper Deck Architects Office

The Upper Deck Architects project provided the Owner with a stand-alone facility that allowed them to move out of their leased space and into their permanent home. The building is a physical testament to the Owner/Architect’s design acumen. The work area within the building is open concept to allow for collaborative design.
